Dealing with the stress can be difficult at times but there are many ways to chill out, you just have to figure out what works best for you.
For me it’s music. 🎼
I play piano (up to grade 6), ukulele, drums (kinda!) and a bit of guitar too. 🙂
And making my own pieces and songs has helped me. If you’re considering learning an instrument, I would definitely encourage you to do so, even if it’s just learning very basic chords on the uke. >.<
But if that’s not for you, simply listening to a wide variety of music is helpful too. Discover a new song, a new band. Maybe listen to a new genre that you perhaps wouldn’t normally. 🙂
