ME vs (SCHOOL) STRESS

Nowadays, there is so much pressure on us teens in school and I believe it’s important to take some time for yourself to relax and just enjoy being a teenager. πŸ˜‰

Dealing with the stress can be difficult at times but there are many ways to chill out, you just have to figure out what works best for you.

For me it’s music. 🎼

I play piano (up to grade 6), ukulele, drums (kinda!) and a bit of guitar too. πŸ™‚

And making my own pieces and songs has helped me. If you’re considering learning an instrument, I would definitely encourage you to do so, even if it’s just learning very basic chords on the uke. >.<

But if that’s not for you, simply listening to a wide variety of music is helpful too. Discover a new song, a new band. Maybe listen to a new genre that you perhaps wouldn’t normally. πŸ™‚

Like I said before, that’s what works for me; you have to find what works best for you! XD

Leave a comment about how you deal with stress and perhaps we could share some ideas with each other and have a little discussion! ❀

This may seem creepy but I just don’t do anything if I am stressed! Yes, lol at me, but I first cry over why I have so many things to do, then I wipe my tears and become angry and then I pop in my headphones and blast my room with loud music which leaks out if my headphones and I start reading something! I am weird, I know, but it helps a lot! I feel FREEEEEEE! But the next day I start over again- I mean studies and stuff NOT CRYING!!

Music works best for me too. I moved my electric piano into my room so I could play more, and I use my grand piano, microphone and drums all the time. I listen to music to calm me down. It just helps with stress.
